Diagnostics costs 300 PLN net. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostics cost is included in the repair price — you only pay for the repair. If you decline, we charge the diagnostics fee (300 PLN net). Return shipping of the power supply is free.
Yes. We specialize in EOL power supplies — discontinued from manufacturer support. We replace components from stock or select certified high-quality replacements.
Typically 5–7 business days from receiving the power supply. In express mode, repair in 24–48h is possible — let us know about urgency when submitting the order. As a rule — repair time may be significantly extended depending on component availability and repair complexity. Deadlines are agreed individually with the client.
The warranty covers all replaced components and service work performed. If the same fault arising from our repair occurs within 12 months — we repair free of charge.
We will inform you after diagnostics. If you decline the repair, we charge the diagnostics fee (300 PLN net). We can also advise on choosing a replacement and recommend a compatible model available on the market.
