A PLC controller is the brain of the production line — its failure stops all automation. We diagnose and repair CPU boards, communication modules, power supplies and I/O modules at component level. Parameter and program backup before every repair.
Comprehensive PLC controller repair — from CPU to I/O modules
CPU boards and processors
Repair of main CPU boards — Siemens S7-300/400/1500, Allen-Bradley 1756/1769, Mitsubishi Q/iQ-R, Omron CJ/NJ. SMD/BGA soldering, flash memory replacement.
Communication modules
Repair of Profinet, Profibus, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, CC-Link and DeviceNet modules. Interface IC replacement, Ethernet PHY circuits.
PLC power supplies
Repair of dedicated PLC power supplies — Siemens PS307/PM1507, AB 1756-PA/PB. Capacitor, MOSFET and PWM controller replacement.
I/O modules — digital and analog
Repair of digital and analog input/output modules. Replacement of damaged optocouplers, ADC/DAC converters, relay outputs.
Battery and memory backup
Replacement of backup batteries (3.6V lithium), SRAM/FRAM memory, EPROM reprogramming. Program recovery from damaged flash.
Safety controllers (F-CPU)
Repair of safety controllers: Siemens S7-1516F, AB GuardLogix, Pilz PSS4000. Diagnostics of internal safety circuits.
PLC repair: when every hour of downtime costs thousands
- Program backup before repair — we read and archive the PLC program (if technically possible) before any intervention. After repair, we restore the program and verify operation.
- Component-level repair — we don't automatically swap entire boards. We locate the damaged component and repair it — saving 50–90% vs. a new board/module.
- Discontinued models are our specialty — Siemens S7-300 (6ES7), Allen-Bradley SLC500/PLC-5, Mitsubishi A/Q series — we gladly take on EOL repairs that other service centers no longer perform.
- Powered functional testing — every repaired module is tested on a specialist test bench before shipment. We run the program (if available) and verify I/O.
- Repair after quote approval — diagnostics cost is included in the repair price.

Questions about PLC controller repair
Diagnostics costs 300 PLN net. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostics cost is included in the repair price — you only pay for the repair. If you decline the repair, we charge the diagnostics fee (300 PLN net). Return shipping is free of charge.
Before repair we read and archive the PLC program (if technically possible — i.e., the CPU starts and permits readout). After repair we restore the program and verify operation. If the CPU does not start, program recovery depends on the type of failure.
Yes — discontinued controllers are our specialty. S7-300, S7-400, SLC500, PLC-5, Mitsubishi A series — we have component inventory and perform repairs that other service centers no longer offer.
Diagnostics and quote: up to 5 business days. Repair after quote approval: typically 5–7 business days (after receipt of necessary components). For stopped lines we use priority mode. As a rule — repair time may be significantly extended depending on component availability and repair complexity. Deadlines are agreed individually with the client.
In that case we return the device; we charge the diagnostics fee (300 PLN net). If you approve the repair, the diagnostics cost is included in the price. We can help find a replacement or advise on migration to a newer PLC platform.
