Standard diagnostics costs 300 PLN net (up to 5 business days). If you decide to proceed with the repair, the diagnostics cost is included in the repair price. We also offer express diagnostics — on the day of receiving the device, or the next business day (if delivered late) — for 1000 PLN net.
Diagnostics: up to 5 business days. Standard repair: 5–7 business days from quote acceptance. As a rule — repair time may be significantly extended depending on component availability and repair complexity. Deadlines are agreed individually with the client.
Yes, we accept and return devices by courier. We serve customers from all of Europe. After submitting a request, we provide details about safe packaging and the delivery address.
We provide a 12-month warranty on every completed repair. The warranty covers only the work performed by us. Detailed warranty terms can be found on the Warranty page.
