What do we design?

Comprehensive electronics R&D services — from concept to production-ready prototypes

📐

Schematics and PCB layouts

Design in KiCad and Altium Designer — from 2-layer to 16-layer PCBs with BGA/QFN, DFM for serial production

⚡

Power electronics

SMPS power supplies (flyback, LLC, PFC), DC/DC converters, BMS systems for Li-Ion/LiFePO4, isolated IEC/UL power supplies

🎛️

Control electronics

Machine control circuits, analog and digital signal acquisition, SPI/I2C/CAN/RS-485 interfaces

🌐

IoT and industrial communication

Integration with Profinet, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, MQTT, OPC-UA — IoT gateways and devices for Industry 4.0

💾

Firmware and software

Programming, FreeRTOS on STM32/ESP32/NXP, device drivers, bootloader, OTA updates

🧪

Prototyping and validation

SMD/THT prototype assembly, functional and environmental testing, production documentation (Gerber, BOM, pick&place)

Why commission your project to us?

  • 🔬
    Service experience

We design having repaired thousands of devices — we know what fails and design to avoid it.

  • ⏱️
    Fast time-to-prototype

Prototype ready for testing in 3–6 weeks from approved schematic — thanks to our in-house assembly infrastructure.

  • 💰
    Flexible cooperation model

Commission the entire project or selected stages (schematic only, layout only, firmware only) — you pay for what you need.

  • 🏭
    Production-ready

BOM, Gerber and pick&place documentation ready to hand over to any PCB factory in Poland or abroad.

  • 📋
    Full intellectual property ownership

Designs, schematics and firmware transfer to you — full ownership rights upon project completion.

  • 🔄
    Post-deployment support

Option for further project development, modifications and firmware maintenance — without project handover.

How do we execute a project?

1
Brief and specification
We discuss requirements: functions, power, communication, operating environment, number of prototypes
2
Concept and quote
We propose circuit architecture, select key components, quote the project
3
Electrical schematic
We design the schematic, select all components, DRC verification and client review
4
PCB layout
Placement and routing, EMC/SI checks, Gerber + BOM production file generation
5
Prototype and firmware
SMD/THT prototype assembly, programming and on-device unit testing
6
Validation and handover
Functional and environmental testing, corrections, full production documentation handover

Frequently asked questions

Yes — it is possible to commission a specific stage: schematic only, PCB layout only, firmware only, or prototype assembly and testing only. We adapt the scope to your needs.

For schematic and PCB layout design we use KiCad (open-source) and Altium Designer. We can also work with EasyEDA/EasyEDA Pro files. Output files delivered in Gerber, ODB++, STEP/STEP3D formats.

Yes — upon project completion and payment, all intellectual property rights (schematics, layouts, firmware code) transfer to you in full. The project agreement clearly regulates this.

A simple single-function circuit takes 2–4 weeks. A complex project with software and industrial communication — 6–12 weeks. Schedule agreed at the concept stage.

We design with certification in mind — DFM, proper isolation margins, component selection with required certifications. We work with certification laboratories and can support you through the entire CE/UKCA certification process.
