Diagnostics + quotation

Our engineers perform detailed diagnostics using professional equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, soldering microscopes and dedicated test stations for specific device types.

Approval

You receive the quotation by email or phone. You decide: accept, negotiate or decline. If you decline the repair, we charge only the diagnostics fee (300 PLN net). Confirm the order with one click.

Repair + testing

We perform the repair using original or equivalent components. After repair, every device undergoes multi-stage testing: functional tests, load tests and environmental tests on dedicated stations. We prepare a test report.

Return + warranty

Your device is shipped back to you in secure packaging — by courier or available for personal pickup. The shipment includes a repair report, test certificate and warranty card. The repair warranty is 12 months.

Courier shipping — step by step

Pack the device in its original packaging or properly secure it with bubble wrap and foam. Include a fault description and contact details. Ship to the address: EFIXLAB, ul. Kamykowa 50, 03-289 Warsaw, Poland with the note "Service — order no. [YOUR NUMBER]".

Digital oscilloscopes

Multi-channel DSO oscilloscopes with bandwidth up to 1 GHz allow tracking PWM pulses, communication buses (CAN, RS-485, SPI, I²C) and detecting micro-damage in signal paths invisible to multimeters.

Soldering microscopes

Stereoscopes with 7–45× magnification and LED illumination provide precise PCB inspection: trace cracks, cold joints, BGA and QFP damage visible to the naked eye only under expert magnification.

Logic analyzers

16–32-channel logic analyzers with industrial protocol decoding (PROFIBUS, Modbus, EtherCAT) enable diagnosing communication problems in PLC controllers, inverters and HMI panels.

Artificial intelligence

ML models assist in recognizing typical damage patterns based on repair history, analyzing oscilloscope waveforms and automatically assigning components to schematics. We reduce diagnostics time by up to 40%.

3D printing

FDM and resin (SLA) printers enable manufacturing of unavailable mechanical parts, housings, brackets and test adapters on-site — without weeks of waiting for a supplier.

BGA/SMD soldering stations

BGA reballing and replacement, precision hot air soldering, temperature-controlled stations up to 500°C. We repair mechanical and thermal damage even in multi-layer circuits.

Programmers & Flash

JTAG/SWD programmers, I²C/SPI EEPROM clones, FPGA and microcontroller programmers. We restore firmware damaged by power surges or failed updates.

CNC machining

CNC milling machine and drill for precision machining of structural elements, housing modifications and custom mounting adapters — where 3D printing isn't enough and metal or plastic is needed.

Test stations

Dedicated stations for testing inverters under full load, PLCs with I/O simulation, HMI panels and industrial power supplies. Every device must pass 100% functionality test before return.

Answers to the most common customer questions

Diagnostics costs 300 PLN net (Standard — up to 5 business days) or 1000 PLN net (Express — on the day of receiving the device, or the next business day if delivered late). If you accept the quotation and order the repair, the diagnostics fee is included in the repair cost — you only pay for the repair.

Standard time is 5–7 business days from quote acceptance and receiving necessary components — including diagnostics and final testing. With the Express option, we start diagnostics on the day of receiving the device and aim to complete the entire repair within 1–2 business days. We proactively inform you of any delays.

As a rule — repair time may be significantly extended depending on component availability and repair complexity. Deadlines are agreed individually with the client.

For industrial electronics, repair is economically justified in the vast majority of cases — repair cost is typically 20–50% of the new device price. Additionally, repair eliminates the availability problem (many models have 6–18 week delivery times), and a repaired module can have its parameters directly configured from the previous installation.

We provide a 12-month warranty on every completed repair. The warranty covers the same type of fault or damage resulting from the repair. It does not cover mechanical damage, power supply short circuits on the customer's side, or power surge damage.

Yes — a significant portion of repairs, especially for rare or older devices, is performed without access to documentation. We use our own databases, reverse engineering, analysis of analogous circuits and AI tools for schematic reconstruction. Diagnostics time may be slightly longer in such cases.

Each order has a unique number. We inform you of status changes by email at every stage: received → diagnostics → quotation → repair → ready → shipped. Upon request, we can also inform you by SMS or messenger.

Yes, we serve companies from all of Europe. You can send your device by courier — we provide the address and packaging instructions after submitting a request. We also serve customers from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and other EU countries.

If after diagnostics we determine that the repair is impossible or technically unviable, we will inform you immediately with a detailed description. In such case, we charge only the diagnostics fee (if applicable) and return the device. We can also help find a replacement.
