Repair Warranty
At EFIXLAB, every repair is covered by a warranty. We believe in the quality of our work and want you to be confident that your repaired device will operate reliably. Below you will find the full terms of our warranty.
Warranty Period
We provide a 12-month warranty on all completed repairs, starting from the date the device is released to the customer (date of personal pickup or courier shipment date). The warranty covers only the service work performed by EFIXLAB — it does not apply to other components of the device that were not part of the repair, nor to normal wear and tear.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
The warranty covers:
- Recurrence of the same fault in the component that was repaired
- Hidden defects resulting from diagnostic or repair errors
- Mechanical damage caused by our service during the repair
- Improper operation after repair resulting from workmanship errors
- Free re-diagnostics in case of a warranty claim
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Mechanical damage occurring after device delivery (impacts, drops)
- Damage caused by power surges, lightning strikes, or short circuits in the installation
- Damage resulting from improper use or failure to comply with operating conditions
- Parts/components that were not replaced or repaired (original defects)
- Water damage, moisture, corrosion occurring after repair
- Interference with the repaired device by third parties without our consent
- Normal wear and tear
Claims Procedure
- Claim submission — contact us by phone (+48 519 660 111), email (info@efixlab.pl) or via the form. Provide your fault description.
- Device delivery — send the device by courier or deliver it personally to our service center in Warsaw.
- Diagnostics — free verification within 5 business days of receiving the device.
- Warranty repair — if the fault is covered by warranty, we repair it free of charge. Warranty repair time: 5–7 business days. As a rule — time may be extended depending on component availability and repair complexity; deadlines agreed individually.
- Return — we ship the device back by courier or it can be picked up personally.
Warranty and New Faults
There are situations where after repairing one component, another unrelated defect in the device is revealed. In such cases:
- We inform you about the newly discovered fault before starting any work
- We prepare a separate quote for the additional repair
- The new fault is not covered by the warranty on the previous repair — it is a separate order
Custom Warranty Terms
Standard warranty terms may be modified by individual agreement with the customer. If you have specific requirements regarding the scope or duration of the warranty, contact us — we are happy to tailor the terms to your needs.
