1. Acceptance of Terms
By using EFIXLAB services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Service Description
EFIXLAB provides professional electronics repair services including but not limited to industrial electronics, CNC systems, PLC controllers, medical equipment, and other electronic devices.
3. Service Terms
• Diagnosis costs 300 zł net — included in the repair price if repair is carried out
• Repair estimates are valid for 30 days
• We reserve the right to refuse service for any device
• Customer must provide accurate contact information
4. Warranty
We provide a 12-month warranty on all repairs performed. Warranty covers workmanship and replaced parts under normal use conditions.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of repair service. We are not responsible for data loss or consequential damages.
6. Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy to provide repair services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
