Comprehensive inverter repair — power and control sections
IGBT modules and power section
Replacement of IGBT transistors, power diodes, galvanic opto-isolators and driver circuits. Repair of the inverter bridge — single and three-phase.
DC-link capacitors
Regeneration of the capacitor bank (electrolytic and film). Capacity and ESR measurement, preventive replacement of the entire capacitor set.
Control boards
Repair of CPU, FPGA and DSP boards. Firmware read, write and restore. Parameter backup before every repair.
Communication interfaces
Repair of Profinet, Profibus, EtherCAT, Modbus and CANopen ports. Restoring communication between inverter and PLC/SCADA.
Fans and thermal section
Cooling fan replacement, heatsink cleaning, thermal pad and paste replacement. Temperature sensor diagnostics.

Questions about inverter repair service
Diagnostics costs 300 PLN net. If you decide to proceed with the repair, the diagnostics cost is included in the repair price — you only pay for the repair. If you decline the repair, we charge the diagnostics fee (300 PLN net). Return shipping of the inverter is free.
Yes — MICROMASTER is one of the most frequently repaired platforms in our service. We have replacement IGBT modules, capacitors and control electronics for the 420, 430 and 440 series.
Yes — before repair we read and archive all inverter parameters (if technically possible). After repair we restore them so the machine operates identically to before the failure.
Diagnostics and quote: up to 5 business days. Repair after quote approval: typically 5–7 business days (after receipt of necessary components). For stopped machines we use priority mode. After repair we perform load testing under simulated operating conditions. As a rule — repair time may be significantly extended depending on component availability and repair complexity. Deadlines are agreed individually with the client.
