Yes — SIMODRIVE 611D/611U/611A is one of the most frequently repaired platforms in our service. We have components for IGBT, capacitor and control electronics replacement for this series.
Yes — before repair we read and archive all drive parameters (if technically possible). After repair we restore them so the machine operates identically to before the failure.
Yes — we perform diagnostics and repair of servo motors: absolute and incremental encoders, bearings, shaft seals, electromagnetic brakes, winding diagnostics (resistance, insulation) and PMSM magnets.
Diagnostics and quote: up to 5 business days. Repair after quote approval: typically 5–7 business days (after receipt of necessary components). For stopped machines we use priority mode. After repair we perform load testing. As a rule — repair time may be significantly extended depending on component availability and repair complexity. Deadlines are agreed individually with the client.
In that case we return the device; we charge the diagnostics fee (300 PLN net). If you approve the repair, the diagnostics cost is included in the price. We can help find a replacement or advise on drive system modernization.
