Questions about robot electronics repair

It depends on the scope of repair. Repair of the servo drive module itself (without encoder intervention) does not require calibration. We inform about necessary commissioning procedures before shipping the repaired module.

Repair of typical modules (DSQC, KSD, power supplies) is usually 500–1200 PLN, depending on the damage. New modules cost many times more. Quote after diagnostics (300 PLN net, included in repair price).

Yes — discontinued and obsolete controllers are our specialty. KRC1, S4C, S3, Fanuc R-J3 — we gladly take on EOL repairs that other service centers no longer perform.

Typically 5–7 business days after quote approval and receipt of necessary components. Express mode available for stopped production lines. As a rule — repair time may be significantly extended depending on component availability and repair complexity. Deadlines are agreed individually with the client.
