Motor and encoder service questions
No — we recover DAP identification data for the DRIVE-CLiQ encoder. The motor "recognizes" the SINAMICS drive upon return without re-parameterization. Initialization procedure instructions are included with every repair.
With the correct replacement procedure (on live power or with data save and restore) position loss is unacceptable. We back up position data before replacement and verify after.
Bearing replacement typically costs 300–600 PLN depending on motor size. Encoder repair 200–500 PLN. A new Siemens 1FK7 servo motor costs 2000–10000 PLN — repair is a fraction of the cost.
Typically 5–7 business days (after receiving necessary components). Bearing replacement 1–3 days. Encoder repair 2–5 days. Express mode for stopped production. As a rule — repair time may be significantly extended depending on component availability and repair complexity. Deadlines are agreed individually with the client.
