Yes. We clone the SSD/CF disk before repair. The operating system, SCADA/WinCC/TwinCAT configuration and all production data return unchanged. If the disk is damaged and data unreadable, we inform you before proceeding with repair.
Simple fault repairs (power supply, capacitors) typically cost 200–400 PLN. More complex faults (motherboard, display replacement) 400–800 PLN. Quote after diagnostics — diagnostics cost is included in the repair price.
Yes — older and discontinued IPC models are our specialty. We keep a stock of components for popular EOL models. Repair instead of a costly full system replacement.
Typically 5–7 business days after quote approval and receiving necessary components. Express mode available for halted production. As a rule — repair time may be significantly extended depending on component availability and repair complexity. Deadlines are agreed individually with the client.
