About Us — Who We Are
EFIXLAB is a professional industrial electronics repair service based in Warsaw, Poland. We repair inverters, PLC controllers, HMI panels, servo drives, power supplies and many other automation devices for companies from all of Europe.
Our Mission
Our mission is to restore electronic devices that are critical links in production processes to working condition. We believe every device deserves a second chance — before it ends up as scrap. We reduce resource waste while saving our customers time and money.
What Do We Do?
- Industrial electronics repair — inverters, servo drives, PLC controllers, HMI panels, power supplies, UPS, CNC electronics and much more
- Diagnostics and quotation — paid diagnostics included in repair cost, honest assessment of device condition and repair estimate before starting work
- Automation system modernization — retrofit of old CNC machines, replacement of outdated PLC controllers with new generations
- Electronics design — custom circuits, replacements for EOL devices, prototypes and PCB production series
Our Values
Transparency
We always inform you about costs before starting work. You receive a detailed repair report describing replaced components. No hidden fees.
Reliability
If a repair is technically unfeasible or economically unviable, we tell you straight — we charge only the diagnostics fee and return your device.
Quality
We use only proven components from reputable manufacturers. Every repaired device undergoes functional testing before release. We provide a 12-month warranty on every repair.
Speed
We understand that machine downtime is costly. That's why we aim to complete diagnostics within 5 business days, and repairs typically 5–7 business days from quote acceptance. As a rule — repair time may be significantly extended depending on component availability and repair complexity. Deadlines are agreed individually with the client.

Our headquarters are in Warsaw, but we serve customers from all of Europe. We accept devices:
- In person — ul. Kamykowa 50, Warsaw (Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00)
- By courier — pickup and return in all EU countries
- Express — priority processing option for urgent orders
