In most cases yes. Configuration is stored in the switch flash memory, which is not affected during electronics repair. If memory replacement is necessary, we inform you in advance and provide instructions for restoring the configuration.
Yes — we repair CP cards (Siemens CP 343-1, CP 443-1, CP 342-5) from existing installations. If the card is removed from the cabinet, we accept it as a separate component for repair.
Typical repair (power supply, Ethernet port) costs 200–500 PLN. A new Scalance X208 costs ~1500 PLN. Quote after diagnostics (300 PLN net, included in repair price).
Typically 5–7 business days after quote approval. Express mode available for halted installations. As a rule — repair time may be significantly extended depending on component availability and repair complexity. Deadlines are agreed individually with the client.
