Why EFIXLAB?
PLC repair focused on minimal production line downtime
- Priority diagnostics — for stopped production lines we react immediately, diagnostics result within 24h.
- PLC program always backed up — we archive the code and hardware configuration before every repair (where technically possible).
- EOL system support — we repair Siemens S5, Allen-Bradley PLC-5/SLC500, Modicon Quantum and other platforms without manufacturer support.
- Testing of every I/O channel — after repair we verify the correctness of every input and output on a test bench.
- Fast turnaround — diagnostics up to 5 business days, repair after approval: 5–7 business days (after receiving necessary components). Express mode on request. As a rule — time may be extended depending on component availability and repair complexity; deadlines agreed individually.
- 12-month warranty — on every repair performed, without hidden conditions or exclusions.

Frequently asked questions
Yes — we repair Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, Beckhoff, Schneider PLCs and many less popular brands. If you have doubts about a specific model, contact us — we will gladly confirm whether repair is possible.
Yes — before every repair we create a backup of the PLC program and hardware configuration (if the controller is able to provide it). After repair we reload the data. If the program is unavailable, we inform you before repair.
Diagnostics takes up to 5 business days (priority for stopped lines). Repair after quote approval typically takes 5–7 business days (after receiving necessary components). Express mode also available. As a rule — repair time may be significantly extended depending on component availability and repair complexity. Deadlines are agreed individually with the client.
Yes — we handle end-of-life systems, including Siemens S5, Allen-Bradley SLC 500 and PLC-5, Modicon Quantum/Premium, Mitsubishi A-series. We have components for regenerating these platforms.
If repair is not possible we return the device; if repair is declined, we charge a diagnostics fee (300 PLN net). We can advise on replacements or upgrading the control system.

PLC Controller Repair — All Manufacturers and Platforms
Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) from Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, ABB, Schneider Electric, Beckhoff, and others form the automation backbone of modern industry. From simple relay-replacement applications to complex production line coordination, PLCs manage discrete and process control with deterministic real-time performance. PLC failures can halt production lines, disable safety systems, and disrupt entire automation networks — making rapid, reliable repair essential.
Common PLC failures include CPU module processor and memory faults (flash corruption, RAM errors), power supply module degradation (capacitor aging, voltage regulator failures), I/O module failures (digital output transistor burnout, analog channel drift, relay contact wear), communication module malfunctions (Ethernet, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, CC-Link, DeviceNet), and backplane/bus connector issues. Battery-backed memory loss from depleted backup batteries is a common data loss cause. Environmental factors — temperature, humidity, vibration, and electrical noise — accelerate PLC component aging.
EFIXLAB provides PLC repair for all major manufacturers. Our capabilities include CPU module board-level diagnostics and repair, power supply rebuild, I/O module output driver replacement and analog calibration, communication interface IC replacement, and firmware recovery. We back up PLC programs before any repair work and verify program execution after repair. For safety PLCs, we verify all safety functions per original configuration.
PLC repair delivers significant savings — typically 35–65% of new module cost — with the critical advantage of preserving existing PLC program compatibility. For discontinued PLC models, repair avoids the expensive and time-consuming process of program migration to new hardware platforms. All PLC repairs include comprehensive I/O testing, communication verification, and our 12-month warranty on all replaced components and workmanship.
