In the vast majority of cases yes — TwinCAT configuration is stored on the CFast card, which we do not disturb during hardware repairs. If the card is damaged, we inform you in advance.

Yes — we repair both CX computers and individual EL/KL terminals. This allows selective repair of the damaged module without replacing the entire EtherCAT installation.

Diagnostics: up to 5 business days. Repair after quote approval: 5–7 business days (after receiving necessary components). For stopped production lines we react with priority. As a rule — repair time may be significantly extended depending on component availability and repair complexity. Deadlines are agreed individually with the client.

Yes — we repair discontinued BC9000, BC9050 and BX9000 controllers and variants with KL-bus interfaces. We have components for regenerating these devices.

We return the device; if repair is declined, we charge a diagnostics fee (300 PLN net). We can advise on a replacement from the CX line or upgrading the Beckhoff system.

Beckhoff PLC Repair — CX Controllers and EtherCAT I/O Terminals

Beckhoff automation relies on software-based PLC control running TwinCAT on industrial PCs and embedded controllers (CX series), with distributed EtherCAT I/O terminals providing field connectivity.
