5PX is a line-interactive UPS (inverter activates on mains failure/fluctuation). 9SX is a double-conversion online UPS (inverter runs continuously, zero transfer time). 9SX is designed for critical server and industrial applications.
In the 5PX 2200VA we use 12V 9Ah batteries (6 pcs) or 12V 7Ah depending on version. Brand B.B. Battery HC/BP or CSB GPL/HR. We calibrate runtime after replacement using Eaton Intelligent Power Software.
Yes, we repair the modular Eaton 93PM UPS: PM1 power module replacement, Frame Controller, 93PM-EBM battery modules. Systems ≥30kW are usually serviced on-site at the customer's location in Poland.

Eaton UPS systems — 5PX, 5SC, 9PX, 9SX, 93PM, 93PR, and legacy Powerware 9120/9170/9355/9390 — protect infrastructure across data centers, healthcare, telecommunications, and industrial applications. Eaton double-conversion online UPS systems provide the highest level of power protection, while their proprietary ABM (Advanced Battery Management) technology extends battery life. The former Powerware and MGE UPS lines add to the diversity of Eaton UPS systems requiring repair expertise.
Common Eaton UPS failures include online inverter IGBT/MOSFET failures, charger circuit degradation, output filter capacitor aging, static bypass switch malfunctions, fan assembly wear, control board processor and memory faults, and communication card (SNMP/Modbus) issues. Legacy Powerware 9355/9390 units are prone to DC bus capacitor aging, while modern 93PM/93PR modular systems may develop individual power module failures. ABM charging circuit issues can cause battery management alarms.
