SMT is a line-interactive UPS (voltage filtering + inverter activates on mains failure). SRT is a double-conversion online UPS — the inverter runs constantly, giving zero transfer time. SRT is more expensive and designed for critical applications (servers, telecoms, medical).
APCRBC143 battery (2× 12V 9Ah) + labour is typically 250–370 PLN. The original APCRBC143 pack costs 400–500 PLN. We use equivalent CSB or B.B. Battery premium class batteries.
Yes, we repair Symmetra PX (8–160 kVA): PX2 power module replacement, battery modules, Frame Controller, NMC cards. Systems above 40kVA are usually serviced on-site at the customer's location.

Common APC UPS failures include charger circuit board failures (causing battery charging faults or bypass mode operation), inverter power transistor degradation, output capacitor aging causing waveform distortion, fan failures leading to thermal shutdown, control board processor issues, and bypass relay/SCR failures. Smart-UPS models frequently develop charger section failures and capacitor aging, while Symmetra and Galaxy systems may experience power module IGBT and gate driver failures due to higher power handling demands.
