Partial touch loss indicates physical damage to the resistive overlay (film crack, wear). Damage to the touch controller usually causes a complete lack of response. Repair is possible in both cases.
Yes — we archive the project from internal memory or SD card. If Flash is damaged, we ask the customer for a backup from the TIA Portal environment. The project comes back with the panel.

Diagnostics: up to 5 business days. Repair after approval: 5–7 business days. For 12" display matrix replacement, the time depends on component availability — for standard variants we have them in stock. As a rule — repair time may be significantly extended depending on component availability and repair complexity. Deadlines are agreed individually with the client.
We return the device; if repair is declined, we charge a diagnostics fee (300 PLN net). We can also advise on purchasing a used replacement or a new panel of the same series.
