The KTP700 Basic (Key and Touch Panel) has a touchscreen + 8 physical keys and only a Profinet interface. The TP700 Comfort has touch + Profinet + Profibus DP, more memory, audit trail, recipe management and VBScript support. We repair both variants.
Yes — we archive the project from internal memory or SD card before every intervention. The project comes back with the panel. If Flash is damaged, we ask for a backup from TIA Portal.

Diagnostics: up to 5 business days. Repair after approval: 5–7 business days (after receiving necessary components). For simple faults (touchscreen or backlight only) the time is usually shorter. As a rule — repair time may be significantly extended depending on component availability and repair complexity. Deadlines are agreed individually with the client.
