Yes — we archive the project from internal memory or SD card. The project comes back with the panel. If Flash is damaged, we ask for a backup from TIA Portal. We never repair without first securing the project — where technically possible.
Diagnostics is paid — the cost is included in the repair price, with a detailed no-obligation quote after receiving the panel. The cost of replacing the 12" display matrix is significantly lower than a new KTP1200 Basic panel — typically 25–45% of the price of a new device.

For display matrix replacement, the time depends on component availability — for the standard KTP1200 Basic we usually have them in stock.
