Yes — we repair the panel hardware. The .mer project file stored on the memory card or Flash memory is not touched and is returned intact with the panel.
Yes — we specialize in older discontinued PanelView Plus models dropped by Rockwell support. We have components for regenerating these panels or can find compatible replacements.
A black screen may indicate backlight failure (CCFL inverter or LED module), a damaged display matrix, an internal power supply problem, or a main board failure. Diagnostics pinpoints the exact cause.
Diagnostics: up to 5 business days. Repair after quote approval: usually 5–7 business days (after receiving necessary components). Express mode available for stopped machines. As a rule — repair time may be significantly extended depending on component availability and repair complexity. Deadlines are agreed individually with the client.
We return the panel; if repair is declined, we charge a diagnostics fee (300 PLN net). We can also advise on a replacement or migration to a newer PanelView model.

Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation) PanelView and PanelView Plus operator terminals are among the most widely deployed HMI panels in North American and European industry. From the legacy PanelView 550/600/1000 through PanelView Plus 6 and 7, to the current PanelView 5000/5500 platforms, these panels provide operator interface, alarm management, and process visualization for ControlLogix and CompactLogix automation systems. PanelView failures directly impact operational visibility and control capability.
