Why EFIXLAB?
PanelView service with warranty and FactoryTalk View project preserved
- FactoryTalk project untouched — we repair hardware, we do not interfere with the visualization project. The .mer file is returned with the panel.
- EOL repair — we specialize in older discontinued PanelView Plus models no longer supported by Rockwell Automation.
- 40–70% savings — repair cost is a fraction of a new panel price, especially for 10" and 15" models.
- Faster than a new panel — repair in 5–7 business days (after receiving necessary components), a new panel is often unavailable for several weeks. As a rule — time may be extended depending on component availability and repair complexity; deadlines agreed individually.
- Communication testing — verification of EtherNet/IP connection with Logix controller after repair.
- 12-month warranty — on every repair performed, without any exceptions.

Frequently asked questions
Yes — we repair the panel hardware. The .mer project file stored on the memory card or Flash memory is not touched and is returned intact with the panel.
Yes — we specialize in older discontinued PanelView Plus models dropped by Rockwell support. We have components for regenerating these panels or can find compatible replacements.
A black screen may indicate backlight failure (CCFL inverter or LED module), a damaged display matrix, an internal power supply problem, or a main board failure. Diagnostics pinpoints the exact cause.
Diagnostics: up to 5 business days. Repair after quote approval: usually 5–7 business days (after receiving necessary components). Express mode available for stopped machines. As a rule — repair time may be significantly extended depending on component availability and repair complexity. Deadlines are agreed individually with the client.
We return the panel; if repair is declined, we charge a diagnostics fee (300 PLN net). We can also advise on a replacement or migration to a newer PanelView model.
HMI panel repair — other brands
Allen-Bradley HMI Panel Repair — PanelView and PanelView Plus
Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation) PanelView and PanelView Plus operator terminals are among the most widely deployed HMI panels in North American and European industry. From the legacy PanelView 550/600/1000 through PanelView Plus 6 and 7, to the current PanelView 5000/5500 platforms, these panels provide operator interface, alarm management, and process visualization for ControlLogix and CompactLogix automation systems. PanelView failures directly impact operational visibility and control capability.
Common Allen-Bradley HMI failures include LCD display degradation (dimming, dead pixels, color artifacts), touchscreen malfunction (drift, dead zones, unresponsiveness), power supply board failures causing intermittent shutdowns, CompactFlash or SD card corruption leading to application loss, and communication module faults affecting EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, or DH+ connections. PanelView Plus 6 units frequently develop backlight failures, while PanelView Plus 7 Standard panels may experience mainboard capacitor issues.
EFIXLAB repairs all generations of Allen-Bradley HMI panels. Our repair process includes display assembly diagnosis and repair (backlight driver replacement, LCD panel swap, touchscreen digitizer replacement), mainboard component-level repair (power supply regulation, processor and memory troubleshooting, communication interface restoration), CompactFlash recovery and cloning, and full functional testing. We verify all communication protocols and test touchscreen accuracy across the full display area.
Allen-Bradley PanelView repair provides significant savings — typically 35–65% versus new panel purchase — which is particularly valuable for larger PanelView Plus 1500 and 2711P models. For legacy PanelView 550/600 and PanelView Plus 400/600 panels that Rockwell has discontinued, repair is often the only option that avoids costly HMI application redevelopment. All repaired panels are burn-in tested and carry our 12-month warranty.
