Standard diagnosis takes at least 1 hour and costs 300 PLN net. If you agree to repair at the agreed price, you pay only for the repair. Diagnosis is performed within 5 business days.
Yes, we offer express diagnosis for approximately 1000 PLN net, performed on the day of receiving the device, or the next business day (if delivered late).
Standard repair time is up to 5–7 business days (as a rule). Repair time may be significantly extended depending on component availability and repair complexity. Deadlines are agreed individually with the client.
Repair costs are agreed upon before work begins. If you do not agree to the repair, you pay only for the diagnosis.
Yes, for an additional fee we can prepare a detailed report on the diagnosis and/or performed repair.
We perform warranty repairs only on devices covered by our warranty.
We provide a 12-month warranty on every completed repair. The warranty covers only the work performed by us — it does not apply to other device components or normal wear and tear.
Yes, we accept devices sent by courier from anywhere in Europe. We recommend secure packaging and insuring the shipment. Shipping details will be provided after placing the order.
