Yes — the discontinued SINUMERIK 840C is one of our specializations. We have components for regenerating NCU 572/573 and GD cards. It is significantly faster and cheaper than retrofitting to 840D.
Yes — before repair we create a backup of NC programs and machine parameters via SINUMERIK Operate or HMI Advanced. After repair all data is restored to the NCU.
Yes — SIMODRIVE 611D is one of the most commonly repaired CNC drive platforms by us. We replace IGBT modules, capacitors and repair control electronics. Service of single- and dual-axis modules.
Diagnostics: 1–2 business days. Repair after approval: 5–7 business days (after receiving necessary components). For stopped machines we use priority mode and minimize turnaround time. As a rule — repair time may be significantly extended depending on component availability and repair complexity. Deadlines are agreed individually with the client.
We return the module; if repair is declined, we charge a diagnostics fee (300 PLN net). We can advise on a replacement or propose a retrofit to the newer SINUMERIK 840D sl or 828D.

Siemens SINUMERIK CNC systems — 840D sl, 828D, and legacy 840D/810D/802D — are the most widely used CNC platforms in European machine tools.
