Replacement of faulty switching transistors in the power supply power section (Primary Switch). We use original or equivalent high-quality components.

Replacement of output and input electrolytic capacitors (Bulk capacitors). Preventive capacitor replacement for units exceeding 8–10 years.

Repair of PWM control circuits (TL494, UC3842, LT3845 and others). Service of voltage and current feedback loops, softstart circuits and OCP/OVP protection.

Industrial power supplies from Mean Well, Phoenix Contact, Siemens (SITOP), PULS, TDK-Lambda, Weidmüller, ABB, and others convert mains or DC input to regulated DC outputs that power PLCs, sensors, actuators, and communication equipment throughout automation installations. From compact 24V DIN rail supplies to high-power rack-mount units, these power supplies must deliver stable, clean DC power reliably for years. The most common power supply failures include electrolytic capacitor aging (the primary failure mode — reduced capacitance causes output ripple and eventual regulation failure), switching transistor/MOSFET degradation, control IC failures, output diode failures, transformer insulation breakdown, and fan failures in ventilated models. Capacitor aging accelerates with temperature — every 10°C above rated temperature roughly halves capacitor life. Industrial environments often exceed power supply thermal ratings, especially in enclosed cabinets without adequate ventilation.
