In most cases it is sufficient to send the faulty DSQC module. Give us the alarm code — we will indicate exactly which module to send for repair.
Diagnostics: 1–2 business days. Repair after quote approval: 5–7 business days (after receiving necessary components). In express mode we react with priority — a stopped line is our priority. As a rule — repair time may be significantly extended depending on component availability and repair complexity. Deadlines are agreed individually with the client.
