Reverse Engineering Process
For devices without documentation we perform a reverse engineering process:
- Schematic reconstruction — tracing PCB tracks, creating a circuit diagram
- Component identification — determining IC types, special components
- Signal analysis — oscilloscope / logic analyzer based investigations
- Documentation — creating working documentation for the device
